Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Momo’s websites, applications, APIs, hosted output, and related services.

You must be legally able to enter these terms and provide accurate account information. If you use Momo for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
2. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit and output you create, subject to rights in third-party material. You grant Momo the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, and transmit content to provide and secure the service. You must have all permissions required for source content, personal data, voice, likeness, and other media you submit.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Momo unlawfully, to violate another person’s rights, to bypass security, to distribute malicious content, or in any way prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access where necessary.
4. Plans, payment, and changes
Paid plans renew according to the ordering terms shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a written order. We may change features or pricing with reasonable notice for active paid customers.
5. Service and warranties
Momo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may contain errors and must be reviewed before use, especially for regulated, safety-critical, or customer-facing decisions.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momo AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
