Momo AI, Inc. operates Momo and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy applies to Momo websites, applications, APIs, hosted output, and related services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use Momo, and limited information from integrations or service providers you choose to connect.
- Account and profile data, including name, email address, organization, authentication records, and workspace role
- Billing and transaction records; payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Momo
- Workspace content and source material, including prompts, documents, URLs, recordings, audio, images, voice samples, likeness material, and generated output
- Product activity, device, browser, IP address, security, diagnostic, and log information
- Messages, demo requests, support enquiries, privacy requests, and product feedback
- Information received from integrations at your direction, subject to the permissions you grant
3. How and why we use information
We use information to perform our agreement with you, operate our business, protect Momo and its users, comply with law, and pursue legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Where required, we rely on consent.
- Create and manage accounts, workspaces, projects, generated media, and shared links
- Process payments, maintain usage balances, prevent fraud, and keep transaction records
- Provide requested AI and media workflows through contracted service providers
- Respond to sales, support, privacy, legal, security, and abuse enquiries
- Monitor reliability, troubleshoot errors, improve usability, and secure the service
- Send service notices and, where permitted, product communications you can opt out of
- Enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, and meet legal obligations
4. When we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to operate Momo, follow your instructions, complete a corporate transaction, protect rights and safety, or comply with law.
- Infrastructure, hosting, database, analytics, authentication, security, communications, payment, and AI processing providers
- Workspace administrators and people with whom you choose to share content or links
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and transaction counterparties under appropriate duties of confidentiality
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect Momo, our users, or the public
5. International processing
Momo and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers. You may request information about applicable safeguards through our contact page.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Momo, maintain business and transaction records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention depends on the type of information, the workspace settings, the relationship with you, and legal requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to backups and lawful retention.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe an account or data may be at risk, submit a security report through our contact page without including passwords or secret keys.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, or obtain a portable copy of personal information. You may also have a right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Workspace administrators may control accounts and content managed by their organization. If your account was provided by an organization, direct workspace-content requests to that organization first.
8. Children
Momo is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to Momo, submit a privacy request through our contact page.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to Momo, our practices, or the law. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights and notice is required.
