Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects Momo users, viewers, partners, and the public. It applies to all use of the service, API, hosted output, and connected workflows.

2. Prohibited conduct

Do not use Momo to create, facilitate, or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material.

• Non-consensual synthetic media, impersonation, or deceptive voice and likeness use
• Harassment, exploitation, threats, defamation, or privacy violations
• Fraud, scams, phishing, spam, malware, or attempts to bypass security
• Content that infringes intellectual property or other proprietary rights
• Illegal sexual content or content that exploits or endangers children
• Automated decisions in high-impact domains without appropriate human review

3. Responsible AI media

You must obtain consent for custom voice and likeness features, disclose synthetic media where required, and review outputs for accuracy and context. You may not conceal provenance in order to deceive viewers.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful authorities when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. We consider context, severity, history, and risk when taking action.

5. Reporting

Report suspected abuse, security issues, or rights violations through the Momo contact page with enough information for us to investigate.
